Customized Training Plans
You name the race distance, goal time, and length of the training block; Coach Caleb will create a plan from scratch to help you meet your goal. These plans are fully customized for each individual runner, based on their goal and taking running history into account. The plan will also be tailored to fit your weekly training schedule, and can include any tune-up races you have planned along the way. These plans are a great option for runners who are self-motivated but need some structure and variety in order to meet their next big race goal. Group Training Plans
If you’re planning on training for and racing an event with a group of people, either local friends or online training partners, Coach Caleb can create a training plan for the entire group to follow. The group can choose to have a single plan for everyone to follow, or plans can be adjusted for group members with various time goals. Pricing varies by group size, training cycle length, and levels of customization. |
Training Consultations
Sometimes you need a second set of eyes to ensure that you’re on the right track with your training. If you are the type of runner that likes to create and manage their own training plans, but you aren’t sure if you’re using sound training principles to reach your goals, you can set up a session to review and adjust your training plan for improved effectiveness. These sessions can be done over the phone, in person, or via video (with screen sharing for plan adjustments). Pricing dependent upon the length of the consultation session. |
